The BC1 was designed for the harshest ocean environments. Creating the toughest BC in the world requires unique materials. The BC1 is built using exclusive engineering-grade plastics, polyurethane-coated fabric, and corrosion-resistant metals. The exclusive double-laminated/coated BC1 fabric sheds water like a raincoat — a DRY BC. This durable fabric holds nearly twice the pressure of standard BC materials. It is virtually waterproof and resists abrasion, tears, and punctures. Self-cleaning, UV- and stain-resistant, it also resists chemicals, mold, rot, and mildew.
