Aluminum Backplate – Hollis

The Hollis backplate is designed to sit closer to the cylinders, creating a more streamlined and rigid profile, which helps reduce drag. The edges on the outer part of the Hollis 5052 black anodized aluminum backplate are radiused to fit seamlessly with the Hollis BC, preventing friction against the plate.

The webbing threaded through the slots of the backplate is built to last throughout the entire diving season without significant abrasion. The slots, holes, and edges of the Hollis backplate are fully smoothed, eliminating sharp edges that could cut you or damage your harness system.

The backplate can be used with both single and double tank configurations when paired with the appropriate adapter.
